Sprinkle chicken with pepper. In large skillet melt butter over medium high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 minutes or until browned on both sides. In small bowl stir together broth, brandy, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and green onion. Add to skillet. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Makes 4 servings.
*Or use 1 lb. chicken breasts. Split breasts in half. Pound between plastic wrap or waxed paper to 1/4 inch thickness.
