1/3 cup coarse grain or regular Dijon style mustard
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1-1/2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp. each cider vinegar and water
1/4 tsp. hot red pepper sauce
1/8 tsp. coarse grind black pepper
2 well trimmed boneless beef top loin steaks, but 1 inch thick*
1 lg. onion, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices

Combine mustard, parsley, honey, vinegar, water, pepper sauce and pepper. Place beef top loin steaks and onions on grid over medium coals; brush both sides liberally with glaze. Beef top loin steaks will yield 3-1/2 (3 oz.) cooked trimmed servings per pound.

* Recipe may also be prepared using 1 pound well trimmed boneless beef sirloin steak cut 1 inch thick.

NOTE:
Boneless beef top loin steaks and onions may also be cooked in covered cooker (direct method), turning once and brushing with glaze.
