Oven Fried Pork Chops

4 pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick
2 tbs melted margarine
1 beaten egg
2 tbs milk
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix

Trim fat from meat. Pour margarine into a 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Combine egg, milk, and pepper. Crush the stuffing mix. Dip chops into egg mixture. Coat with stuffing mix. Place in pan.

Bake at 425F degrees for 10 minutes. Turn chops. Bake about 10 minutes more or until no pink remains and juices run clear.
