Chicken 1

1 stick butter (1/4 lb)
Pepper, black and red
1 teaspoon garlic
1 cup green onions
1 cup onions
1/2 cup bell peppers
1 lb. crawfish
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup Italian dressing

Temperature: medium heat.

Season and saute chicken breast in Italian dressing. (*Read below)

Melt butter; add salt, pepper, onions, bell pepper and green onions. Saute for 20 minutes (medium heat). Add garlic, saute for another 5 minutes. Add crawfish; cook for 10 minutes.

*While sauteing above, broil chicken breast for 7 minutes on each side. (Be sure not to overcook.) After chicken is grilled, pour sauce from stove over chicken breasts and enjoy. Serve with salad.
