Indian Chicken

2 large onions
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon curry powder
12 ounces evaporated skim milk
4 cups chicken broth
3 cups cooked diced chicken
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins

Medium Temperature.

Saute onions in oil. When transparent add flour and curry powder. Stir. Add milk and stir until thickened. Add broth, garlic powder, salt and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour. Serve over rice. Sprinkle each serving with cinnamon and raisins.

Serves: 8.
