Turkey Pot Pie 1

Turkey carcass (for broth) or cooked turkey breast, cubed
2 quarts turkey broth
1 stick margarine (1/4 lb)
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
1 lb mixed vegetables, frozen
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon red pepper, or to taste
Pastry crust (store-bought)

Saute onions and celery in margarine until tender. Add flour; blend until smooth. Add broth slowly. Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add vegetables. Cook until desired doneness is achieved. Add turkey at the end, heating thoroughly. Place in casserole; cover with drop biscuits or pastry Crust. Bake in oven at 350-400F until crust or biscuits are golden brown.
