Queen of Chicken

1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 split boneless, chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup fresh parsley
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Mix together wine, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice; use this to marinate chicken for 2-4 hours. Place chicken and marinade in a skillet; add garlic salt and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 12-15 minutes, turning chicken once. Add mushrooms and parsley; cook 5 more minutes.

To Serve:
Place each chicken breast on a bed of cooked pasta, lightly tossed with olive oil. May be lightly sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
