Candied Meat Loaf

1 lb. ground sirloin
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 medium onion
1/2 small bell pepper
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 egg
Topping:
1/2 cup chili sauce
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons dry mustard

Preheat/bake Oven: 350F. Mix first 8 ingredients; form meat loaf. Make candy topping with remaining ingredients. Mix together; spread over top of raw meat loaf. Bake for 30 minutes. Reapply topping; continue to bake for 20-30 minutes. Make two because cold leftovers are better than first day!
