Cold Salad

1 lb ground meat
2 cucumbers
2 large tomatoes
1 small head lettuce
1 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
1 small bag Taco or chili-flavored corn chips
1 bottle Green Goddess salad dressing

The vegetables may be washed, dried and cut up the day before. The corn chips may be broken into small pieces and the cheese may be grated. The corn chips may be put in a tightly closed zip-lock bag.

While meat is browning, stir together the grated cheese with the vegetables. After ground meat is browned and drained, stir the meat into the vegetable mixture and add the chips, salad dressing and taco sauce and toss to combine all ingredients well. No need for more salt because of salted chips.
