Tortilla Surprise

2 pounds lean ground beef (or 1 pound lean meat and 1 pound ground turkey)
1 large, onion, chopped
1 can Hunt's stewed tomatoes
1 tablespoon chil1 powder
1 package frozen spinach, well drained
1 can healthy Request Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
One 8-ounce carton reduced fat sour cream
1/4 cup of 2% low fat milk
3 garlic cloves, minced
16 flour tortillas
1/2 cup Low fat margarine, melted
2-4 ounce cans chopped green chili peppers
3/4 pound light Velveeta cheese

Preheat oven to 325F. Brown meat well and drain. Stir in onions, tomatoes, chili powder and well-drained spinach. In another bowl, combine soups, sour cream, milk, chilies and garlic. Mix well. Dip 8 tortillas in melted margarine and arrange them an the sides and top of a 9 x l3 inch baking dish. Spoon the meat mixture on the tortillas and add half the Velveeta cheese cut in strips. Dip the other 8 tortillas in margarine and arrange them on top. Pour the mushroom soup and sour cream sauce over all of it and place the remaining cheese on top. Bake 35 minutes.
