Stuffed Ground Beef with Seven-Steak

1/2 cup of Tiger Sauce
2 pounds gravy steak
1 package bacon
Pinch of cayenne pepper
2 eggs
Black pepper
2 pounds ground beef
1-1/2 cups bread crumbs
Tony's seasoning
1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 425F. Press meats with meat mallet to make a flat and thin, dash Tony's seasoning, salt, pepper, pinch of cayenne pepper. In a medium bowl, put ground beef, 1-1/2 cups of bread crumbs, 2 eggs, all seasonings, Worcestershire sauce. To make meatballs, roll over meatballs with bacon, then secure with toothpicks, Lay on Dutch oven an 1/2 cup of ground beef each; lay on seven steaks and roll over. Put together with toothpick. Lay on Dutch oven pan with other side of ground beef with bacon and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 1-1/2 hours.

Serves 8.
