Butterball boneless turkey (white or dark)
1 cup Reese's sherry cooking wine
Mrs. Dash, table blend
1 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
6-8 peeled medium potatoes (cut in half)
1 tablespoon Tony Chacherie Creole Roux and gravy Mix
1 cup water
1 tablespoon flour
1 oven bag

Preheat oven to 400F. Defrost turkey and wash. Place in bowl with lid. Pour wine over turkey Season to taste. Cover bowl and let marinate for 1 - 2 hours. Take oven bag and put in the flour, roux and gravy onions bell pepper, potatoes, turkey, water. Add 1/2 cup more wine. Add more table blend for flavor to potatoes. Arrange well in bag. Tie bag. Place several small holes in top of bag and bake for 2 hours.

Serves 4-6.
