Savory Summer Chicken Salad

2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sweet relish
One 4-ounce jar diced pimientos
3 tablespoons water chestnuts
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
One 4 ounce canned chopped green chilies
2 hard boiled eggs
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons stuffed olives

Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Cover and chill, on lettuce leaves.
