Camp Goulash

Leftover barbecue meat (any kind)
Leftover barbecue beans (optional )
Season-All, to taste
1/2 jar salsa
2 to 2-1/2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce
1 can of Trapped's Great Northern Beans
1/4 to 1/2 cup water
1-1/2 teaspoons
Worcestershire sauce

Debone meat (or break up). Put in Pot with either or both beans, salsa, season, water, barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Let simmer until hot. Serve over hot rice.
