Trail Blazing Stew

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 can (16-ounces) tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (15-ounces) chil1 beans, undrained
- 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies, undrained
- 1 can (15-1/2-ounces) hominy, drained
- 1 can (16-ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (16-ounces) creamed corn
- Salt and Pepper to taste
In a Dutch oven, brown ground beef and onion, drain. Stir in tomatoes, beans, chilies, hominy, corn and creamed corn, season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat and stir until heated through. Tastes great with pumpkin bread.
Serves 6.
