Chicken Salad 2

Whole chicken, boiled and deboned
One 8 ounce package cream cheese
3 stalks celery, finely chopped
4 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 bouillon cube
3/4 cup boiling water
Cayenne and black pepper to taste

Boil chicken, debone and chop. Add chopped vegetables, peppers and seasoning. Combine boiling water and bouillon, add to cream cheese, whipping until the consistency of mayonnaise. Stir into chicken mixture. Best after chilling. Makes excellent canape sandwiches. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
