Beef Stew 5

1-1/2 to 2 pounds beef roast, cubed
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 medium onions, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 bay leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste
Garlic salt, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Onion powder, to taste
White pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon garlic sauce
Water, as needed
2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 pound bag green beans, frozen
1 pound bag corn, frozen

In heavy pot, brown cubed beef in oil as needed. As beef gets brown, add onions, pepper, and garlic. Drain any oil that remains. Add dry seasonings to taste bay Worcestershire sauce, garlic sauce and small amount of water. Stir often. Cook for 20 minutes. Add potatoes, cover and cook 10 minutes. Add frozen green beans. Cover and cook 20 minutes. Uncover and cook for another hour or until beef starts to fall apart and potatoes are done. Stir often to keep from sticking. Add water as needed.

Serves 10-12.
