Red Wine Roast

1 pork roast (any type)
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrots, diced
2 tablespoons garlic
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons butter
3 cups red wine (Gallo works best)

Preheat oven to 375F. Brown and roast on all sides in oil. After browning, remove and set aside. Saute onions, carrots, celery, garlic in butter. After sauteing, leave in pot. Add roast and wine ( 3 cups). Spoon mixture over roast. Cover and put in oven for 4 hours on 375F.
