Porcupine Meatballs 1

1-1/2 pounds beef, ground
1/2 cup rice, washed thoroughly
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon onion, minced
1 small can tomato soup
1/2 cup water

Combine beef, rice, salt, pepper and onion. Shape into small balls. Heat soup and water in pressure cooker. Drop in meatballs. Cover cooker; heat until steam flows from vent. Place indicator weight on vent. Cook 10 minutes at cook position. Let cooker cool itself.

Serves 4-6.
