Western Omelet 1

1 pound ground meat
3 small potatoes, cut in cubes
1 small chopped onion
1 green pepper or red, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
Salt and red and black pepper
6 eggs
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Heat cooking oil in skillet on stove. Add ground meat, potatoes, onion, garlic and seasonings. Cook until potatoes, onion and garlic are tender and is browned. Mix eggs with water in bowl and heat as for scrambled eggs. Pour over meat mixture and cook until eggs are cooked. Serve as a brunch.
