Pork Loin Linguini

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons flour
4 cups water
One 16-ounce can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons celery seed
1/2 cup fresh oregano, chopped
2 green onion tops, chopped
2 pounds boneless pork loin, cubed
One 12-ounce package linguin1noodles

Saute onion and green pepper, Stir in flour to make light roux. Add water, tomato sauce, celery seed, oregano, onion tops and pork loin. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 30-35 minutes. Prepare linguini according to instructions. Pour pork loin sauce over noodles and serve with green salad.
