Chicken Stroganoff

One 12-ounce package Country Pride fresh chicken tenders
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 small onion, thinly sliced in wedges
1/4 Pound mushrooms, sliced
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons fat-reduced sour cream
Hot cooked noodles, optional
Parsley, chopped, optional for garnish

Saute chicken in melted butter 5 minutes. Remove chicken; set aside. In same skillet of pan drippings, cook mushrooms, onions, mustard and salt for 5 minutes. Sprinkle on flour and stir to blend. Gradually pour in broth; cook, stirring until slightly thickened. Add chicken. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until done. Stir in sour cream. Serve immediately over noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.
