Sausage Stew

2 cans Cajun stewed tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can Lima beans, or hominy, black eyed peas any bean of your choice
2 ounces frozen collard greens or turnip greens or kale
1 pound Kielbasa sausage

Place tomatoes and frozen greens in pot and cook on medium heat until greens are thawed. Add drained corn, beans and sausage. Cut in 1/4 inch rounds and cook for approximately 30 minutes.

Serves 6.
