Japanese Dinner

1 stewing chicken
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 medium can chow mein noodles
12 servings rice
2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
5 stalks celery, diced
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1/2 pound Longhorn cheese, grated
1 medium size can pineapple, crushed
Shredded coconut
Sliced almonds
Maraschino cherries

Boil chicken. Reserve water. Remove meat and cut into bite sized pieces.

Use 3/4 can of chicken broth to each can of soup. Heat to boiling. Cook rice. Place in separate serving bowls the following: tomatoes, celery, onions, cheese, pineapple, coconut, almonds and cherries.

Serves 12.

How to serve:
Put noodles on plate. Place rice on noodles. Place chicken on rice. Spoon sauce over above. Spoon on tomatoes. Spoon on celery. Spoon on onions. Spoon on cheese. Add more sauce on top. Spoon on pineapple. Spoon on coconut, Spoon on almonds. Place with bread sticks.
