Honey Mustard Chicken

1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 pounds)

Mix salad dressing, mustard honey. Place chicken on grill over rack, or broiler pan, medium-hot coals (slight glow). Brush with 1/2 salad dressing mixture. Grill or broil for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn; brush with remaining salad dressing mixture. Combine grilling or broiling 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.

Low-fat variation:
Substitute light Miracle Whip. Delay brushing dressing mixture until last 3 minute of grilling or broiling. Use skinned fryer chicken, cut up; 2-1/2 to 3 pounds for chicken breasts.
