Chicken Italian

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
4 chicken breast halves
3 tablespoons margarine or butter melted

In medium bowl combine Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic and black pepper. Add a hint of red pepper if desired. Dip the chicken in melted butter or margarine, then into the cheese mixture, Arrange chicken pieces in baking dish. Drizzle with remaining marine (optional). Bake in 375 degree F oven for about 25 minutes or until chicken is tender.
