In medium skillet, stir together brown sugar, corn starch cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in the pear and peach slices. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Sprinkle granola over fruit mixture in skillet if desired. Top each serving with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
