Chicken Delight

1 pound boneless chicken
1 onion, thinly slivered
4 tablespoons catsup
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon spices, mixed
3 leaves mint
Parsley to taste
1 teaspoon of salt
Oil for frying

Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan. Fry the onions until crisp. Add catsup, pepper and salt. Heat until oil separates. Add the chicken and the spices. Cover and cook until tender, turning once in a while. Add mint leaves. Remove from fire. Garnish and serve with bread.
