Lasagna 3

1/4 cup olive oil
3 pounds ground beef
2 large unions, finely chopped
3 bell peppers, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 pinches of oregano
Salt, red pepper, to taste
2 cans tomato paste
2 cup water
8 ounces lasagna
4 pounds mozzarella cheese, grated
1 pint sour cream
Sprinkling of Romano cheese, grated.

Preheat oven to 375F. In a large pot, heat oil. Add meat and brown; add onions, bell pepper and garlic. Cook until tender. Add oregano, salt, pepper and tomato paste. Stir well, Add water an cook over low heat about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Cook lasagna noodles as directed. Cover bottom of pan with a third of the meat, a third of the mozzarella and a third of the sour cream. Repeat layers twice more. Top with Romano cheese.
