Marinated Beef Brisket

1/2 cup (4 ounces) water
10 ounces red wine
4 ounces lite (low sodium) soy sauce
2 packs meat marinade
1 package onion soup mix
2 teaspoons hot sauce
6 or 7 pound brisket, well trimmed
1 tablespoon flour
1 large cooking bag

Preheat oven to 275F. Mix first 6 ingredients for marinade. Place brisket in floured cooking bag. Pour marinade into bag over brisket. Close bag with tie provided. Marinate in refrigerator 36-48 hours. Place cooking bag containing brisket in baking pan. Cut six 1/2 inch slits in top of cooking bag. Bake about 6 hours. Cool well. Remove brisket from cooking bag. Place remaining liquid from bag into sauce pan. Thicken with small amount flour. Makes a great gravy, too. Slice brisket and serve.
