Chicken Fit for a King

One 12-ounce package of large flat noodles
Plain bread crumbs
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 cups cooked, diced chicken (leftover barbecue is great)
Creole seasoning
1 soup can of milk
3/4 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Utensils: Large sheet cake pan (holds one box cake mix)

Boil noodles and set aside. In large glass measuring cup, melt cheese soup and milk together in microwave. When blended well, mix in chicken and Creole seasoning to taste. Fold in with cooked noodles. Put in large sheet cake pan and cover the top with plain bread crumbs, then sprinkle creole seasoning on top of crumbs. Bake at 350F. for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
