Grilled Chicken Breast

1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
One 10-ounce can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/4 can orange juice
1/4 can orange juice
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
5 boneless, skinless chicken breaks
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Prepare barbecue grill on medium heat or preheat broiler. Saute garlic in olive oil. Add Rotel tomatoes, orange juice, soy sauce and chili powder. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove 1/2 cup sauce for basting. Keep remaining sauce warm, Barbecue or broil chicken 5-10 minutes per side, until done. Baste chicken with sauce as it cooks to serve. Top each breast with remaining warm sauce, shredded cheese and avocado slices. When barbecuing chicken with bones, baste with sauce last 15-20 minutes of cooking time. Serve hot.
