Cheldas

1 pound lean hamburger meat
1 onion, minced
1/2 pound Velvetta cheese
6 tablespoons milk
1 large can chili
Flour tortillas
Jalapeno peppers, chopped
Onions, chopped

Brown meat and minced onion. Melt together milk and Velvetta. Heat chili (don't add any water).

Warm tortillas as instructed. On individual plate, place 1 or 2 tortillas. Put a portion of meat and chopped onion in each tortilla; roll. Put hot chili over rolled tortillas, then pour melted cheese over that. Place in microwave with waxed on top for 1 minute, top with jalapeno and onion as desired. Serve with tortilla chips. Serve hot.

Makes 10 tortillas.
