Impossible Taco Pie 1

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1-1/4-ounce envelope taco seasoning
4-ounce can chopped green chiles, drained
1-1/4 cups milk
3/4 cups Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 cup Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 400F. Grease 10 x 2 inch pie plate. Cook and stir beef and onions until brown. Drain and stir in seasoning mix. Spread in plate. Top with chicken.

Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth (15 seconds in blender 1 minute with hand mixer). Pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean. Cook 8-10 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with some cream and chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese and lettuce if desired. Serve hot.
