Pork Chop Surprise

4-6 lean pork chops, finely chopped
4 tablespoons butter
One 6-9 ounce Rice-a-Roni (chicken flavored)
2-1/2 cups water
Special seasoning packet
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350F. Brown pork chop bits in 1 tablespoon butter until golden brown; set aside. Saute rice vermicelli in 2 tablespoons butter until golden brown. Add other ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 400F for 30-45 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed by the rice mix.

Note:
Bite-sized chicken can also be used instead of pork in this dish.

Let cool about 20 minutes.
