Deer Roast 1

Deer roast
Italian dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
2 onions, minced
1 bell pepper, minced
2 cups celery, minced
1 pod garlic, minced
Coca Cola, for basting

Preheat oven to 350 F. Season deer roast and marinate in Italian dressing. Stuff with onions, bell pepper, celery and garlic. Let stand in refrigerator 3 days. Cook in oven. Baste with Coca-Cola every half-hour. Serve with salad, vegetable and rolls.
