Filet Mignon

1-1/2 pounds ground chuck
1 egg
1 onion, finely chopped
1 bell pepper finely chopped
1 cup green onions, chopped
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons oil or non-stick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine raw ground chuck, egg, onion, bell pepper, green onions, bread crumbs, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper in large mixing bowl. With clean hands, mix the ingredients until the meat is a nice doughy mixture that can be formed into thick patties about 3' in diameter. Coat skillet with oil or non-stick cooking spray and place in oven.
