Ham Pepperoni Stromboli

1 can refrigerated pizza dough
2 tablespoons mustard
4 slices deli ham
8 slices pepperoni
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
12 ounces shredded mozzarella
16 ounces Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup milk

Preheat oven to 425F. Spread pizza dough on baking pan. In middle of dough, place mustard. Top with ham slices, pepperoni, Italian seasoning.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Fold both sides of dough over to meet in the middle. Press edges to seal. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until brown. Serve warm. Cut into 4 slices. Top with cheese sauce.

Cheese Sauce:
Cut 16 ounces Cheddar cheese into cubes. Place in sauce pan. Add 1/3 cup milk.

Stir over medium heat until cheese is melted and well blended with milk and sauce is smooth.
