Tournados and Oysters

Four 6-ounce beef fillets
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 dozen oysters
2 large shallots, minced
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/4 cup cooking sherry wine

Saute beef with salt and pepper in olive oil. Remove from pan and keep warm. Add shallots, garlic and oysters and smother 5 minutes.

Add lemon juice and Tabasco sauce. Cook additional 3 minutes.

Remove oysters and place around meat. Add wine to seasoning sauce. Cook 3 minutes. Pour over beef and oysters.
