Spinach Pudding with Pork

1 cup spinach, cooked
2 cups pork, chopped and cooked
4 slices white bread, soaked in milk and squeezed dry
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a large bowl. Grease a mold and fill with mixture.

Place in a large pot of boiling water and keep boiling slowly for 1-1/2 hours. Turn out on large hot platter. Garnish with small boiled new potatoes and slices of broiled tomatoes.

Serves 6.
