Spinach Topped Chicken

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 package frozen chopped spinach, well drained
Swiss or mozzarella cheese
Flour
Butter
Seasoning, to taste

Preheat oven to 350F. Melt butter in skillet. Wash chicken breasts well and dredge in flour lightly; pan-saute breast in butter until brown on both sides on medium heat, approximately 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Set aside.

Microwave spinach until defrosted, drain well, then top chicken breast with spinach. Add cheese on top of spinach. Place in glass dish and bake at 350F until cheese is melted starts to brown.
