Fried Sweet and Sour Drumettes

3 cups canola oil
4 to 5 pounds chicken drumettes
1-1/2 tablespoons Season All
2 cups sweet and sour sauce
2 cups plain flour

Heat oil in pan or deep fryer. Wash chicken. Season with Season All. Dip chicken in sweet and sour sauce after pouring into a bowl. Pour flour into a large Ziplock bag. Add chicken a few pieces at a time and shake until covered with flour. Ease chicken into hot oil, lowering heat to medium. Fry until drumettes are honey-brown. Remove and drain on paper towel.
