Country Beef Pie

Crust:

1/2 can tomato sauce

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 pound ground round

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

Salt and pepper to taste

Filling:

1-1/3 cups Minute Rice

1-1/2 cans tomato sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup water

1 cup cubed Velveeta Cheese

Topping:

4 slices Velveeta Cheese

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together crust ingredients and press into a 9 x 9 inch baking pan. Mix together filling ingredients and pour into the crust. Bake covered for 35 minutes at 350F. Uncover and top with the slices of cheese, using four slices or more. Bake for another 15 to 20 minutes, uncovered. Drain grease from pan before serving.
