Preheat oven to 350F. Saute onions and garlic in 1 tablespoon olive oil until tender. Add ground turkey arid Worcestershire sauce. Cook until brown and drain. Add Ragu, Rotel and Hunts; cook for 5 minutes.
Add Tony Chachere's seasoning, basil and sugar; cook for 20 minutes. In large pot boil noodles until tender and drain. Add Gouda cheese, yogurt, sour cream, Parmesan and half of poppy seeds to noodles. Mix until cheese is melted. Arrange half of noodle mixture in casserole dish. Add mixture on top, leaving a 1 inch border. Add remaining noodle mixture on top leaving another 1 inch border in from meat sauce. Sprinle remaining poppy seeds on the exposed noodles. Bake for 30 minutes.
