Baked Pork Roast

1 boston butt pork roast (big enough to feed family)
1 egg
1 bowl of milk
1 large container of Italian bread crumbs

Trim fat off pork roast, then cut into 1/2 to 3/4 inch steaks. Wash pieces off with water. Dip into egg and milk wash and coat pieces in bread crumbs. Then place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350F in preheated oven for about 35 to 45 minutes. Turn over and sprinkle lightly with bread crumbs. Then bake until done.
