Barbecue Pork-Sausage and Vegetable Kabobs

2 lb marinated pork pieces
2 pounds smoked sausage, cut into 2 inch pieces
2 large onions cut into 2 inch wedges
2 green peppers cut into 2inch squares
2 cans whole potatoes
1 dozen cherry or small Italian tomatoes
1 box large whole mushrooms
1/4 lb margarine/butter
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper
2 tbs yellow mustard
1/4 cup red wine vinegar

Pre-cook pork pieces in vinegar mustard and 1 cup water. Simmer about one hour in a black iron skillet covered. On skewers alternately place pork, peppers, potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms, and sausage. Place on tin foil over hot coals and baste often with mixture of Worcestershire Sauce, butter, salt and peppers. Cook until mushrooms are clear or about 30-40 minutes.

Yield: 6-8 servings.
