Chicken 10

1 chicken, cut-up
1 cup of rice, raw
1 can of chicken broth
1 can of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
2 envelopes of onion soup mix

Clean rice, put in bottom of buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle 1 envelope of onion soup mix. Pour 1/2 can of chicken broth and 1/2 can of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup over rice. Layer cut up chicken over soups. Then add rest of soups on top of chicken. Cover and bake at 325F for 1-1/2 hours.

Serves four.
