Egg Rolls

1 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp msg
1 cup cooked chopped chicken
1 small egg
1/4 tsp peanut oil

Mix ingredients and refrigerate for at least two hours. Drain and spoon (two heaping tbs) onto 2 doz. egg roll wrappers. Fold and seal with cornstarch and water mixture. Fry at 325F until golden brown.
