Lasagna 6

8 oz lasagna noodles (prepare as package directs)
1 bag Mozzarella cheese
1 bag Colby & Monterey Jack cheese
1 recipe meat sauce
8 oz cream cheese

Meat Sauce:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 med onion
1-1/2 lb ground meat
1/2 cup margarine
3 cans tomato sauce
1-1/2 - 2 cans waters
Pepper to taste

Use a 9x13 inch baking dish. Heat olive oil and butter, add onions and ground meat. saute until meat is brown (skim grease). Add garlic cook on low heat 10 minutes. Cover and steam a few minutes, add tomato sauce and water and cook 30 minutes. Cover bottom of baking dish with 1/3 meat sauce. Place 1/4 inch slices of cream scattered over the meat sauce. Spread 1/3 of Monterey Jack & Colby cheeses. Add a layer of lasagna, layer of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat all of these steps making sure the layer on top is Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375F until the cheese is melted, 20-30 minutes.

Serves 8-10.
