Meat Pie 1

1 pkg pie crusts
1 lb, ground beef or half pork- beef
2 tsp cooking oil
1 lb of celery, chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Seasonings to taste

Brown ground beef, onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic in cooking oil. Drain. Take off of fire and add water. Return to a low fire and let cook for 30-40minutes. Take off fire. Add 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup. Season to taste. Put mixture in pie shell and cover with another pie crust. Make slits on top. Bake at 350F for 45 50 minutes
